My story

Welcome to The Kneady Bakes, my name is Callum and I am the owner and founder of The Kneady Bakes. At The Kneady Bakes its all about amazing product which is available for everyone. A range of different traditional or modern breads to sweat and savoury bakes, I even have a vegan range!

Baking has been a huge passion of mine and is something I love doing. The satisfaction of seeing 4 basic ingredients, flour, water, yeast and salt, forming a raw dough transform into beautifully risen bread or delicate bakes is unparalleled. Long hours, early mornings (good job i am a morning person), and endless practice are all part of the journey. There is nothing that beats the aroma of freshly baked goods filling the air, the warmth of the oven (saves on heating), the satisfaction of creating something beautiful from scratch, seeing the delight on peoples faces - these are the reason I bake.

The Kneady Bakes is based in Godalming, Surrey. I currently pop up in markets through out the Surrey area or do online orders for collection from Godalming or local delivery. At present its just me and done out of home, just one oven causes alot of stress and earlier starts, but watch this space to what the future holds!
